摘要: 化学工程学职称论文发表采用磺化聚醚砜中空纤维膜逆流循环萃取醋酸废水,考察了流量,剂水比和膜溶胀对萃取效果的影响。研究结果表明,单级膜萃取醋酸废水,在有机相流量与水相流量比1.30、水相流量2.00 mL/min、Vorg:Vaq=2.00条件下萃取平衡时水相醋酸浓度为0.50%;在相同的总有机相用量下,采用二级萃取,萃取平衡时水相醋酸浓度为0.30%,要好于采用两次一级萃取。

Abstract: Sulfonated polyethersulfone hollow fiber membrane was used to countercurrent circulate extraction acetic acid waste water. The effects of flow ratio, agent water ratio and membrane swelling on extraction efficiency were studied. The results show that: For single-stage membrane extraction acetic acid wastewater, under the condition of the flow ratio of organic phase to water phase is 1.3, the water flow ratio is 2.00ml/min and Vorg:Vaq=2.00, the acetic acid concentration of water phase is 0.50% when extraction at equilibrium; at the same total amount of organic, adopt two-stage extraction, the acetic acid concentration of water phase is 0.30% which is better than twice singe-stage extraction.
