教育论文发表摘要： 大学生具备较高的职业生涯规划知识和能力，不仅能够使自己终生受益，而且能直接促进大学生积极有效的安排大学学习生活，并顺利及时就业。本文论述了大学生开展职业生涯规划教育的紧迫性和重要作用，认为大学生职业生涯规划教育应该涵盖职业生涯规划的相关知识和职业生涯问题解决方法两个部分，增加他们作为职业生涯问题解决者和决策者制定者的能力。接着，针对目前职业生涯规划教育的不足，介绍了从认知信息加工角度，大学生职业生涯规划课程必须应有教学内容：自我知识、职业知识、作决策的知识和技能、对决策过程的思考和影响职业生涯的社会因素等五个方面的内容。

Abstract： niversity students should have high level of knowledge and capability of career development planning, which not only benefits themselves all their life but also directly facilitates them to arrange their study life actively and effectively in the universities and successfully obtain employment in time. In this paper the urgency and importance of carrying out career development planning among university students is dissertated. It is thought that career development planning education for university students should cover two parts: knowledge concerning career planning and solutions to career problems, so as to enhance their ability as solvers of career problems and decision-makers. Then，aiming at the deficiency of education for career development planning, it is introduces from view of cognitive information processing that the career development planning course for university students must have the following teaching content: self knowledge、occupation knowledge、decision-making knowledge
