摘要：
设 $S$ 是具有纯正断面 $S^o$ 的正则半群. 若 $I$ 和 $Lambda$ 都是 $S$ 的子带, 则称$S^o$ 是 $S$ 的完备纯正断面. 得到了完备纯正断面的等价条件并给出例子表明完备纯正断面是左单纯正断面的真推广.刻画了具有完备纯正断面的正则半群的结构. 作为应用,给出了具有拟理想纯正断面的正则半群的结构.

Abstract：
{largef } Suppose that $S$ is a regular semigroup havingan orthodox transversal $S^o$. If both $I$ and $Lambda$ aresubbands of $S$, then $S^o$ is said to be a perfect orthodoxtransversal of $S$. Some equivalent conditions are obtained for an orthodox transversal to be perfect and an example is given to demonstrate thatperfect orthodox transversals are proper generalizations of leftsimplistic orthodox transversals. In this paper, we describe thestructure of regular semigroups with perfect orthodox transversals. As anapplication, we give the structures of regular semigroups withquasi-ideal orthodox transversals.
