摘要：
本文首先给出了与拟恰当断面相关的性质和刻画; 其次利用拟恰当半群$R$ 和带$Lambda$ 构造了具有可乘拟恰当断面的富足半群的结构; 最后利用同余对刻画了该类富足半群上的好同余.

Abstract：
In this paper, we first give some properties andcharacterizations concerned with quasi-adequate transversals. Wethen construct an abundant semigroup with a multiplicativequasi-adequate transversal by means of a quasi-adequate semigroup$R$ and a band $Lambda$. Finally, we characterize the goodcongruences by using of the good congruence couple on this class ofabundant semigroups.
