Abstract：
Elliptic Cauchy problems are classical linear ill-posed problems. Two regularization methods for solving elliptic Cauchy problems are proposed in this paper. Parameter choice rule and the corresponding estimate of accuracy are given. The technique of Natural liearization and self-regularization is applied to the problem of corrosion identification.
