摘要：
切触有理插值是类似于多项式插值中的Hermite插值的一种插值，而对于二元切触有理插值，目前还没有构造出类多项式的插值公式。针对插值数据较多的情形，本文利用分片思想，从二元Lagrange基函数出发，构造出统一的类多项式切触有理插值公式，并给出误差估计。公式简单，数值例子表明插值的有效性。

Abstract：
Osculatory Rational interpolation is similar to the polynomial Hermite interpolation, and for binary Osculatory rational interpolation, Similar to polynomial interpolation formulas haven’t appeared from now on. When the data is numerous, using the thought of lamination, by binary Lagrange basic function，generalized osculatory rational interpolantion is constructed, then gives out the error evaluations. The formula is simple, the example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the method in this paper.
