框架拟阵和提升拟阵是由偏图决定的二类重要拟阵。Coullard,del Greco和Wagner刻画了哪些不含平衡圈的偏图有相同的框架拟阵。在该论文中,我们刻画了哪些不含平衡圈的偏图有相同的提升拟阵；回答了Irene Pivotto提出的一个公开问题。

Abstract：
Frame matroids and lift matroids are main types matroids arisen from biased graphs. Coullard, del Greco and Wagner characterized which biased graphs without balanced cycles have the same frame matroid. In this paper, we characterize which biased graphs without balanced cycles have the same lift matroid, which answers a question proposed by Irene Pivotto in the matroid union blog.
