摘要:
基于任务技术适配模型、技术接受模型,构建了4G服务用户采纳模型,研究影响用户采纳行为的关键因素,并以调查问卷的形式进行数据采集和实证分析。研究表明,任务技术适配度、感知有用性、感知易用性、个体创新及感知成本等对4G用户采纳行为有显著影响。最后,根据研究结论,针对运营商如何发展4G有效客户提供了一些营销策略建议和改进方向,同时讨论了本文的局限性及未来的研究方向。

Abstract:
Based on task technology fit model, the technology acceptance model, this paper builds the 4G service user adoption model ,studies the key factors influencing the user adoption behavior, and in the form of questionnaire to acquire data and the empirical analysis.Study shows that the task technology fit degree, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, the individual innovation and perceived cost have a significant influence on 4 G user adoption behavior.Finally, according to research conclusion, in view of how the operator to develop 4G effective customer to provides some advice marketing strategy and improve the direction, the paper also discussed limitations and future research direction .
