摘要:
钢桩台车系统是目前大型绞吸挖泥船非常重要的一种定位系统。绞吸挖泥船在施工作业时,钢桩的升降是一个出现比较频繁的工况,而固桩夹具是钢桩台车升降系统的关键部件,其可靠与否将直接影响整个台车系统的安全性。本文以重型固桩夹具设计为研究目标,通过夹持力计算模型确定夹具固定钢桩所需的最小油缸拉力;随后利用非线性有限元分析方法对固桩夹具的工作过程进行仿真计算分析,并对其结构强度及应力分布规律进行了讨论。研究结果可为类似的夹具设计提供参考。

Abstract:
Spud carrier system is a very important positioning system of large cutter suction dredger. Spud's lifting and dropping are relatively frequent operations in the working process of cutter suction dredger, and the holding spud clamp is the key component of the spud carrier's lifting and dropping system, and its reliability will directly affect the safety of the spud carrier system. With the target of the design of heavy holding spud clamp, determine the minimum cylinder force required by the clamp through calculation model of holding force; Then with the help of the finite element method, the 3D model was built, the operation process was simulated with the discussion of the structure strength and stress analysis. The paper's result could bring a reference for the similar design of these holding spud clamps.
