摘要:
碳纤维复合芯导线作为一种由碳纤维复合芯和梯形截面软铝股线共同组成的典型复合材料,"纵向连续,横向离散",所以运用导线截面几何参数,对碳纤维复合芯导线进行结构特性分析,得到导线截面几何特性指标、导线内力及截面刚度、材料特性指标,对导线结构进行合理简化,方能运用虚拟样机技术对导线进行实体建模和动力学仿真计算,为导线结构动力响应分析打下良好基础。并结合Solidworks导线实体建模、仿真分析对理论公式进行仿真验证,验证理论公式的正确性,得到碳纤维复合芯导线的结构特性指标,为实际工程与动力响应分析提供参考。

Abstract:
Carbon fiber composite core wires is typical composite materials which is made of carbon fiber composite core and trapezoidal section soft aluminum strand.Using wire section geometric parameters, analyze the characteristics of carbon fiber composite conductor structure, wire section geometric characteristic parameters, internal force, cross-section stiffness, material characteristic parameters is obtained.Using the virtual prototype technology to traverse entity modeling and dynamic simulation calculation about simplified wiring, which lay a good foundation for conductor structure dynamic response analysis.At the same time combined with Solidworks to modeling and make simulation analysis to verify the correctness of the theoretical formula, the structural characteristics of a carbon fiber composite conductor is obtained,which make a reference for practical engineering and dynamic response analysis.
