摘要:
列车因轨道高低不平顺的作用而产生强烈的随机作用,其动力学响应被诸如列车载重,悬挂刚度、阻尼,轨道刚度,基础刚度、阻尼影响。为研究在复杂动力学过程中各个因素对其响应的关注度,本文建立列车-轨道-基础耦合动力学模型,基于正交分析的方法对诸多影响因素设计正交试验,通过关注动力学响应来综合决策各个因素对系统的影响。对复杂的随机动力学分析采用基于移动单元法的虚拟激励形式求解,将时变耦合随机振动系统转变成时不变随机动力学问题分析,大大提高了计算效率和精度,有效保证了正交试验大规模数值计算可行性。数值算例计算结果可以看出,对于轨道列车的动力学响应,列车载重影响因素居主要位置,一系悬挂参数影响显著,轨道基础参数对加速度响应影响较大。通过对影响因素的分析,可以为列车的振动控制和优化设计提供一定的指导。

Abstract:
Intense random dynamic responses of train can be induced by the high-low roughness of track, which may be decided by the weight of train, suspension rigidity or damping, track rigidity, foundation rigidity or damping. For researching the importance of these factors to dynamic responses, a model of train-track-foundation coupling system is built to model the running train, the main influence factors are compared based on the orthogonal experiment method. A pseudo-excitation method based on the moving element method is used to overcome the difficulty of the complicated numerical computation, which can transform the time-vary coupling random question into a simple time-invariant coupling random system efficiently, and the analytical efficiency is enhanced highly, the feasibility of large-scale computation needing by orthogonal experiment design is ensured. Some useful result can be get from the numerical examples, for the dynamic responses of train, the weight factor is principal element, and the parameters of primary suspension are key factor, and the influences of track foundation parameters are also important. During the importance factors analysis, some helpful works are done to the research of vibration control and optimization design of train vibration.
