摘要:
基于介电材料挠曲电效应的应变梯度传感器在结构振动监测中应用前景广阔。针对结构中常见的低频微小振动,本文以扬声器模拟低频微小振动源,以BST(钛酸锶钡)挠曲电微悬臂梁结构作为振动传感器,实验测量了不同低频下的微小振动位移,并与超景深显微镜测量结果作对比,二者显示出很小偏差。证明了挠曲电材料作为一种监测微小振动的机电耦合传感器的可行性。研究结果可为挠曲电材料在振动传感领域的进一步应用提供初步的理论指导和实验依据。

Abstract:
Strain gradient sensor which based on the flexoelectric effect of dielectric material has promising applications in the field of structure vibration monitoring. A loudspeaker was used to simulate the micro vibration source and the BST micro-cantilever beam, a kind of flexoelectric materials, was introduced as vibration sensor to measure low-frequency micro vibration displacements, and then the experiment results are compared with the reading of Digital microscope. The comparisons show good agreement. Thus the feasibility of fabricating flexoelectric materials as a kind of electromechanical coupling sensor for vibration monitoring is proved. This study provides a theoretical preparation and experimental basis for further application of flexoelectric materials in the area of vibration sensing.
