摘要:
形状记忆聚合物是一类具有形状记忆效应,在外部激励条件下,能够实现大变形恢复的高分子聚合物材料。形状记忆聚合物具有低密度、低造价、强回复性能和优异的加工性能等优势,并在在纺织、医学、航空航天、微电子等领域取得了广泛的应用。本文制备了短切碳纤维质量分数分别为5%, 7%, 9%, 11%和13%的反1,4聚异戊二烯(TPI)形状记忆聚合物复合材料,通过静态拉伸试验对TPI形状记忆聚合物复合材料的力学性能进了分析,并通过分析复合材料的断裂面形貌对其失效机理进行了研究。

Abstract:
Shape memory polymer is a kind of polymer materials with shape memory effect, which has a recovery ability from the large deformation under the external incentive condition. It has some advantages, such as the low density, the large recovery ability, the superior fabrication property and the low cost. Furthermore, Shape memory polymer has been widely used in textile industry, medical, aerospace and microelectronics engineering. In this paper, short carbon fiber reinforced shape memory polymer composites was fabricated with the weight fraction of 5%, 7%, 9%, 11%, 13%. The mechanical properties of short carbon fiber reinforced shape memory polymer composites are analyzed by tensile tests and their failure mechanism was also studied based on the fracture surface morphology of composites
