摘要:
基于开裂能理论,提出了一种橡胶制品动态疲劳评估的数值-实验混合方法。该方法不仅能有效预测复杂多轴载荷作用下橡胶构件的疲劳寿命,还能准确预测裂纹开裂方向。该方法的另外一个优点是能大幅减少橡胶疲劳表征的时间和成本。以空气弹簧橡胶支座的疲劳分析和优化为例,说明了该方法分析结果与实验吻合良好。

Abstract:
Based on CED (Crack Energy Density) theory, a new numerical-experimental analysis approach is proposed to evaluate the fatigue life of rubber structure under the cyclic multi-axial loading. By using the proposed method, the fatigue life and the cracking orientation can be predicted accurately. One advantage of the proposed method is that the time and cost of characterizing the rubber fatigue property can be saved dramatically. As an example, the method is applied to analyze and optimize an air spring shear pad. It can be found that the simulated results agree well with the experiment data
