摘要:
为定量描述镍钛形状记忆合金在循环相变过程中超弹性的退化,在广义粘塑性框架下对Graesser模型进行了拓展,通过引入循环相变过程中相变应力和残余应变的演化方程,建立了镍钛形状记忆合金的功能失效模型.通过镍钛形状记忆合金微管的循环相变试验结果,给出了模型的参数确定方法.试验结果和模拟结果的对比表明,提出模型能够很好的预测镍钛形状记忆合金的功能失效行为。

Abstract:
To quantitative describe super-elasticity degradation of NiTi shape memory alloy during cyclic transformation, a functional failure model was established in the frame of visco-plasticity. The model is extended from an existed Graesser model by introducing the evolution equations of transformation stress and strain. Based on the experiment results of NiTi shape memory alloy micro-tube subjected to cyclic loading, the method of parameter calibration was provided. The comparison of experimental results and simulation ones indicates that this model can predict the behavior of functional failure of NiTi shape memory alloy reasonably.
