摘要:
用挤压成形法制备蜂窝结构是较为有效的方法,挤压设备装置中的模具设计非常重要,模具的内部结构设计是否合理是能否挤出完整的蜂窝体关键所在。本文利用流体三维有限元软件POLYFLOW对于挤压成形做数值模拟分析,通过对流体在模具模腔中的流动做仿真计算分析,不断优化从而确定模具的设计尺寸,并得到合适的模具和挤出成形装置设计方案。

Abstract:
Die extrusion is an effective way for manufacture of honeycomb structures. The design of die and mold in extrusion device is very important. The correct design of configuration inside the mold is the key issue to extrude the accurate honeycomb. In the present work, the analysis by numerical simulation for extrusion process is realized. Finite element software POLYFLOW is used because of its performance in 3D flow simulation. By the simulation of feedstock flow in mold cavity, optimization is made repetitively to decide the mold design. The suitable mold and extrusion device is realized.
