摘要:
本文在兔眼晶状体压缩试验的基础上,建立了不同年龄组的晶状体有限元模型。通过调节模型中的弹性模量使得模拟数据与实验数据吻合,从而获得了不同年龄组的晶状体弹性的值模量。结果表明随着年龄的增大,晶状体的弹性模量也增大。通过模拟的应力、应变云图可以得出晶状体在压缩载荷作用下,晶状体内部的应力、应变分布规律。本文的工作为理解晶状体刚度随年龄的变化规律和晶状体相关疾病的治疗方案提供参考。

Abstract:
The finite element models of rabbit lenses of different age groups were estblished on the basis of compression experiment of rabbit lens in this paper. The elastic modulus of the model were adjusted to make the simulation data coincide with the experimental data, and by this way, the elastic modulus values of the lenses in different age groups were obtained. The results show that: with the increase of age, the lens elastic modulus also increases. The stress and strain distribution of inner lens was obtained under the compressed load by the simulated stress and strain cloud. The work of this paper provides the reference for understanding the change rule of age-related lens stiffness.
