摘要:
采用有限元方法分析了质量相同的两种圆筒在爆炸载荷作用下的动力响应和抗爆性能,第一种圆筒为由A3钢和闭孔泡沫铝制成的三明治夹芯圆筒,另外一种为由A3钢制成的实体圆筒。首先介绍了计算模型和相关材料参数,并对所用有限元方法的有效性进行了验证,然后用经过验证的有限元方法分析了两种圆筒结构在爆炸载荷作用下的动力响应。结果表明,无论是在抑制变形、能量吸收还是降低应力方面,A3钢、闭孔泡沫铝制成的三明治夹芯圆筒都优于A3钢制成的实体圆筒。

Abstract:
The dynamic responses and blast resistance of two different hollow cylinders with equal mass are studied using finite element simulations. One has sandwich wall with A3 steel facesheets and close-celled aluminum foam core, and the other has monolithic A3 steel wall. After introducing the computational model and validating the numerical approach, two different hollow cylinders are analyzed under air blast loading. It is demonstrated that the blast resistance of sandwich-walled hollow cylinder is superior to that of the hollow cylinder with monolithic solid wall when subjected to identical air blast loading, whether in terms of radial deflection, energy absorption or stress reduction.
