摘要:
对304不锈钢在100℃和300℃下的蠕变行为,不同加载速率下的循环软/硬化行为以及单轴循环加载下的棘轮与蠕变交互作用行为进行了实验研究。讨论了不同温度下加载速率对材料的循环软/硬化行为的影响以及加载速率和保持时间对材料单轴棘轮行为的影响。实验表明:在100℃时,304不锈钢的蠕变变形比较明显,循环硬化表现出明显率相关效应,棘轮行为明显地依赖于加载速率和加载保持时间;而在300℃时,304不锈钢几乎没有蠕变变形,加载率仍然对循环硬化行为有影响,但加载速率和加载保持时间对棘轮行为基本上没有影响。

Abstract:
Creep deformation, different loading rate cycle soft/hardening behavior and ratcheting under uniaxial cyclic loading and creep interaction behavior were studied at 100℃ and 300℃. The effects of different temperatures on the cyclic loading rate on the soft/hardening behavior and the loading rate and hold time on uniaxial ratcheting behavior were discussed. It is shown that, creep deformation of 304 stainless steel is obvious, cycle hardening rate showed a significant rate correlation effect, ratcheting obviously dependent on the loading rate and load hold time at 100℃; Almost no creep deformation of 304 stainless steel at 300℃, loading rate is still influential on the cyclic hardening behavior, however, loading rate and keeping the loading time had little effect on the ratcheting behavior.
