摘要:
结构长寿命的服役要求使超高周疲劳成为研究的热点,而有关超高周疲劳寿命预测的理论模型还较少。本文在总结和比较现有疲劳长寿命预测模型的基础上,提出了基于应力水平、缺陷尺寸和位置的寿命预测模型。结合低强度Cr-Mo-V钢和高强度42CrMo钢的试验数据,结果表明,新模型预测疲劳寿命时数据分散性大大降低,预测效果很好。

Abstract:
Investigation of very high cycle fatigue has been a hot spot due to long life service requirement of engineering components. Unfortunately, little has been reported regarding life prediction models for very high cycle fatigue. In this work, a new life prediction model involving stress level, defect size and depth was proposed based on a comparative research on existed models. This model was verified by using fatigue results of a low strength Cr-Mo-V steel and a high strength 42CrMo steel. It was indicated that the model could correlate fatigue life very well as seen by the reduction of data scatter.
