摘要:
提出了实现功能梯度材料空心圆筒的特殊的热-力耦合场的一种材料裁剪技术。首先指定了圆筒内特殊的应力分布和温度场,之后导出了实现这些特殊的热-力耦合场的功能梯度材料的弹性模量、泊松比以及热膨胀系数沿圆筒径向的变化规律。对于同样的耦合场给出了多种不同的材料参数的变化规律加以实现。研究结果可为非均匀材料结构的设计提供参考。

Abstract:
A technique of material tailoring to achieve desired thermomechanical fields in hollow cylinders composed of functionally graded materials (FGMs) is presented in this paper. First, the desirable stress distribution and temperature field are prescribed. And then the required variations of the Young's modulus, the Poisson's ratio and the thermal expansion coefficient with the radius to achieve the corresponding state of stress and temperature distribution within FGMs cylinders are found. Different kinds of the required variations of the material constants with the radius to fulfill the same purpose are given for FGMs cylinders. The multi-optional variations of the material constants to achieve the same desired thermomechanical field presented here may be interesting and helpful to the design of the inhomogeneous material.
