摘要:
依据印度东部煤田有限公司(ECL)Jhanjra煤田R-Ⅵ煤层2号钻孔地质资料和开采工艺参数等数据,运用相似材料模拟试验和岩层破坏分析软件RFPA2D对含厚顶板的上覆岩层在工作面推进中的矿压规律进行分析。研究表明:厚顶初次来压步距长,破断时动压现象非常明显;厚顶的破断对上覆岩层的破断起到控制作用,破断后,上覆岩层与厚顶保持同步协调运动。随着工作面向前推进,在工作面前方煤壁形成支承压应力升高区;在采场上方靠近煤层的顶板中,形成拉应力升高区,导致顶板产生拉伸破坏;工作面前后方剪应力呈中心对称分布,并在前后方煤壁上端形成压剪破坏。

Abstract:
Borehole 2 of R-Ⅵ seam Jhanjra coalfield which belongs to East India Coalfield Limited Corporation, which is used to as an archetype. Based on its geologic information and relational parameters of mining technique, the stress field of thick roof, strata move and ground pressure are analyzed on mechanics. Similar material simulating experiment and RFPA2D is used to simulate the rule of ground pressure of thick roof when the workface is pushed on. It shows that the interval of thick roof is longer and dynamic pressure phenomenon is noticeable. Weighting of the thick roof has direct effect on weighting of overlying strata. Overlying strata keeps synchronous coordination exercise with the thick roof before and after weighting. The thick roof’s weighting plays a control action on weighting of overlying strata. A region with larger abutment compressive stress was formed at the coal wall at the front of the workface when the workface was pushed upon. And a region with larger abutment tensile stress was formed at roof above the workface round the coal seam floor, which leaded the roof’s tensile rupture. Shearing stress before and after workface is in a central symmetry distribution, and shear failure was formed at coal well.
