摘要：
强度理论是研究材料在复杂应力下屈服和破坏的学科，是理论研究、土木工程结构强度计算、工程应用和有效利用材料等方面必需的基础理论。
本文采用俞茂宏提出的统一强度理论, 将其应用于结构弹塑性分析。该理论包含了现有的各种主要强度理论,广泛的适用于各种工程材料和工程结构的弹塑性分析和塑性极限分析, 可以有效地发挥材料的强度潜力和节省工程投资。

Abstract：
Strength theory is the discipline which studying the yield and failure of materials under the complex stress.it is theoretical research, structural strength analysis of civil engineering, engineering applications and effective utilization of materials for basic theory.
In this paper, Yu Mao-hong the unified strength theory is used in the elastic-plastic analysis of structure. This theory include the wellknown strength theories, it can be widely applied to various engineering materials and the elastic-plastic analysis and plastic limit analysis of engineering structures, and can effectively exert the strength of the materials and reduce the investment of projects.
