摘要:
介绍了镁合金作为一种新型材料在汽车行业中的应用及汽车的轻量化研究。以汽车座椅为例,对其进行轻量化研究,并对座椅各方面的性能的要求做了简要的介绍。参考我国对座椅系统强度GB15083-1994、GB11550-1995的法规要求[1], 对镁合金座椅骨架进行了静强度、初步模态分析,通过比较镁合金、铝合金、碳素钢三种不同材料座椅骨架,从重量、经济性等方面突出镁合金优点。

Abstract:
In the paper,it was introduced that a new material was applied in Automobile and the research of lightweighting technologies. Take example for the seat structrue, the lightweighting research was processed,and each of the capability of the seat was given briefly.Referred the national standard of the seat system strength GB15083-1994、GB11550-1995,the static strength and the general model analysis were concluded.Through compared the three different materials --magnesium alloy ,aluminum alloy ,carbon steel--of the seat ,from weight , economy etc,the virtue of magnesium alloy is prominent.
