摘要: 本论文对重要抗癌天然产物土槿乙酸(Pseudolaric Acid B)及其同源类似物的全合成展开综述,总结了近年来人们对该类天然产物核心骨架的构建策略以及各种策略中解决合成挑战的巧妙解决方法。土槿乙酸(Pseudolaric Acid B)是我国科学家在上世纪80年代从松科植物金钱松根皮中分离的一种新型二萜酸化合物,具有很好的抗真菌活性。近年来的研究还表明,土槿皮酸类化合物对于多种肿瘤细胞(肝癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、前列腺癌等)还表现出良好的抗血管生成效果,从而抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖作用进而导致其凋亡。对该类化合物的全合成研究一直以来都是合成化学领域的热点。

Abstract: In this paper, recent advances in the total synthesis of Pseudolaric acid B and its analogs are reviewed. It showcased the strategies people try to construct their unique skeletons and the ways people to solve the synthetic challenges. Pseudolaric acids are novel deterpenoids isolated from Cortex pseudolaricis by Chinese scientists in 1980's. They exhibit significant antifungal activities. More recently, people dicovered the pseudolaric acids display antiangiogenic properties in a variety of cancer cell lines including hepatoma, breast, cervical and prostatic cancer cells; therefore inhibit the tumor cells proliferation. The total synthesis of this class of molecule receive consaderable attentions from synthetic community.
