摘要： 通过文献回顾和居民访谈，构建了城市垃圾中转站接受度因素评价指标体系。经过对专家与居民问卷调查，利用层次分析法确定了各因素指标综合权重，了解到噪音和空气污染最能影响居民的接受意愿。根据调查结果构建出居民接受度最大和经济成本最小双目标选址模型。最后利用一算例验证了选址模型的有效性。

Abstract： According to literature review and resident interview, this paper has built the acceptability factors evaluation index system for municipal waste transfer station. Through a questionnaire survey on the expert and resident, we determined the synthetic weight of the various factors indexes by AHP, found that noise and air pollution affected the resident acceptability most deeply. Then, we constructed the double target location model which is resident acceptability maximum and economic cost minimum according to the survey result. At the end, the effectiveness of the location model was validated by a numerical example.
