摘要： 针对我国高校专利"高申请、低转化"的问题，我们提出以高校教师的微观视角，分析高校专利转化水平的影响因素。在系统理论指导下，结合高校专利转化机理，构建专利转化影响因素框架。同时借鉴因子分析思想，利用SPSS22.0作为分析软件，直观的表现高校教师视角下不同影响因子所占的比重及之间的相互依存关系，最终表明教师的研发创造、思想准备和合作意愿是影响高校专利转化水平的主要因素。

Abstract： For the issue of "High application, low transformation" of Chinese university patents, we put forward a microscopic perspective from teachers to analyze the influencing factors of the patent transformation level.With the guide of system theory and integration with the patent transformation mechanism,we set the influencing factors framework.Meanwhile, using the idea of factor analysis for reference and SPSS22.0 as the profiling tools, we can intuitively express the proportion and interdependent relationship of different factors.Finnally the canclusion can be made that teacher's research and development creation, ideological preparation and cooperation willingness are the major influencing factors of university patents transformation.
