摘要: 本文使用不同浓度的NaOH溶液对商业HZSM-5进行碱处理获得多级孔HZSM-5,并研究了其在纤维素催化热裂解中的催化性能。分别采用N2-BET、XRD、TEM、NH3-TPD对催化剂进行表征。采用微型固定床与色谱-质谱连用反应器对催化剂催化性能进行测试,结果显示SiO2/Al2O3为25、38、50的HZSM-5芳烃产率分别为33.5%、35.6%和32.2%,碱处理最高可以增加至37.1%、38.5%和34.0%;焦炭产率也分别由碱处理前的33.1%、31.5%和33.8%,降低至碱处理后的29.1%、25.8%和29.8%。结果表明碱处理能够提高纤维素催化热裂解过程中的芳烃产率,同时也会降低焦炭产率。

Abstract: In this article, hierarchical HZSM-5 were obtained by alkali treatment of commercial HZSM-5 using different concentrations of NaOH, then its catalytic performance on catalytic fast pyrosis of cellulose was studied. The catalysts were characteried by N2-BET, XRD, TEM and NH3-TPD. Using micro-fixed bed reactor with GC/MS to test the catalytic activity of catalysts. The result showed that the aromatic yields over HZSM-5 with SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of 25, 38 and 50 increased from 33.5%, 35.6% and 32.2% to 37.1%, 38.5% and 34.0% after alkali treatment. The coke yield also decreased from 33.1%, 31.5% and 33.8% to 29.1%, 25.8% and 29.8%. The results indicate that alkali treatment can improve the yield of aromatics and decrease the yield of coke for catalytic fast pyrolysis of cellulose.
