摘要： 富亮氨酸α2糖蛋白1（LRG1）是一类含有富亮氨酸重复序列的分泌蛋白，通过与TGF－β受体结合，激活下游信号系统，促进了血管内皮细胞的趋化移动 、增殖、分化，参与神经系统变性疾病、神经胶质瘤及其他疾病的发生及发展，已成为疾病治疗的热点，现对 LRG1与血管生成的相关性进行阐述。

Abstract： Leucine rich alpha 2 glycoprotein 1 (LRG1) is a class of secreted proteins with leucine rich repeat sequences. By combining with the TGF－β receptor, LRG1 activates downstream signal system，promotes the migration, proliferation and differentiation of vascular endothelial cells , it participates in the occurrence and development of many kinds of diseases, such as nervous system degeneration disease, normal pressure hydrocephalus, glioma and so on.LRG1 has become a hot spot in the treatment of disease, and the correlation between LRG1 and angiogenesis is described in the following article.n this paper………..(10 Points, Times New Roman)
