摘要: 基于性能的抗震评估与设计方法是工程结构抗震领域的一个主要发展方向,近年来国外一些研究机构和学者开始针对木结构建筑,开发下一代基于性能的抗震设计及评估方法,力求将其纳入基于性能抗震工程的理论框架。本文以木结构建筑为对象,综述了目前木结构建筑基于性能的抗震评估与设计方面的进展和成果。重点介绍了NEES木结构项目的研究成果,指出为了更好地控制震损,业主可将NEES项目中建议的第一级性能目标修改为:层间位移限值0.5%的非超越概率不小于80%。最后,对该领域的发展趋势进行了展望,建议我国科技人员及时进入这一前沿研究领域并把握机遇,推动我国木结构抗震技术及其相关技术标准和规范的发展。?

Abstract: Based on the performance of the seismic evaluation and design method is one of the main development direction in the field of engineering structure seismic.In recent years, some foreign research institutions and scholars began to wooden structure.Develop the next generation of seismic design and evaluation method based on performance.Makes every effort to be included in the performance-based earthquake engineering theory framework. Is an object with wooden structure, this Paper summarizes the current timberwork building based on the performance of the seismic evaluation and design progress and results. NEES is mainly introduced the research achievements of timber construction project. points out that in order to better control the earthquake damage. the Owner can be NEES program suggested that the first level of the performance goal is amended as: interlayer displacement limit exceeding probability of 0.5% of not less than 80%. Finally, the trend of the development of this field is discussed.Suggested that our country science and technology personnel to enter this cutting-edge research fields in time and grasp the opportunities and promote the next generation of seismic technology of Timber Building in China the development of standards and specifications.
