摘要: 风景名胜区边缘区建筑高度的控制一直都是规划设计的重要内容,本文选取岳麓山风景名胜区作为研究对象,在仅有google earth地图信息的情况下进行了控高研究。笔者首先将参数化模型作为手段,通过眺望法实现边缘区建筑高度的控制;然后在眺望法的基础上提出了改进方法:包括眺望点的优化、眺望的互动关系的引入、以及自组织的引入,最终得到基于互动性眺望模型的建筑高度控制模型。

Abstract: This paper studied the control of buildings' heights in buffer zone of YuelushanChinese national park. This research used parametric model as the means, overlooks as the methods to control the building heights. Based on googleearth map data, heights control study carried out. The author achievesheight control by building overlooking method to marginal zone of the Chinese national park, parametric model as a means. The research also improved the model concerning overlooks, including the improvement of spots where to overlook, and the interaction during the move of overlook, and a system of self-organize. Finally, a model based on interactive overlook model is achieved to control the heights.
