摘要: Eph受体作为最大的酪氨酸激酶受体家族,与ephrin配体结合产生双向信号在胚胎发育、血管生成、组织边界的建立、细胞迁移和神经信号的传导等多种生理过程中起着关键作用。最近一些肿瘤研究表明Eph家族成员在多种肿瘤中表达异常,并且这种异常表达与肿瘤的恶性程度密切有关,如:侵袭力增强、易发生转移、血管化更显著和患者预后更差。本文重点就Eph受体与其配体ephrin家族及其参与的信号转导在肿瘤发生与进展的作用进行综述。

Abstract: The large family of Receptor Tyrosine Kinases, the Ephs and their binding ligands, the ephrins results in bi-directional signal, which play the import role in a variety of physiological processes such as, embryonic development, angiogenesis, establish organizational boundaries, cell migration and conduction of nerve signals. Recenttly, growing evidence has indicated that the expression profiling of Eph family members is aberrant in many tumor tissues. And this abnormal expression is germane to the malignancy including invasiveness, metastasis, vascularization and poor prognosis. This review will introduce the recent progress of Ephs, their binding ligands (ephrins), and theirs signal transduction in tumorigenesis and progression.
