摘要: 人乳头瘤病毒感染是宫颈癌发生的必要因素,随着每年宫颈癌和生殖器疣的患病率增加,对HPV感染的检测与分型具有重要的意义。本研究以核酸扩增技术和侧向层流技术为平台,建立了一种中通量、个性化、快速、价廉的核酸检测技术平台。利用该检测方法对471例临床标本进行HPV分型的检测,并与商品化试剂盒进行平行比较,对HPV检测结果的准确性加以评估。结果显示该方法能够快速准确地检测临床样本的HPV感染型别,非常适用于宫颈防癌筛查,也为HPV疫苗的应用提供了重要的信息。

Abstract: HPV infection is a necessary factor in cervical cancer. With increasing prevalence of cervical cancer and genital warts every year, the detection and typing of HPV is more and more significant. We established a personalized, fast and inexpensive detection method based on nucleic acid amplification technology and the lateral flow technology platform.In addition, 471 clinical specimens were detected and typed using this new method, also were compared with the commercial kit in parallel to assess the accuracy of clinical specimens results.And finally it was showed that our method can quickly and accurately detect and type HPV clinical samples. The results show that it can rapidly and accurately detect HPV infection in clinical samples. The method is suitable for screening and prevention of cervical cancer, also provides important information for the application of HPV vaccine.
