摘要: 硫酸酯酶作为硫酸酯类的分解代谢酶在人体内起着重要的作用,当硫酸酯酶活性区域的一个高度保守半胱氨酸转变成Cα-甲酰甘氨酸时硫酸酯酶才会具有活性,若其活性出现异常会导致多种疾病。硫酸酯酶活性需要独立的翻译后调节,这种调节由硫酸酯酶的调控因子:硫酸酯酶调控因子1(SUMF1)来完成。通过序列对比发现硫酸酯酶调控因子2(SUMF2)。其中SUMF1既存在于原核生物中又存在于真核生物中,而SUMF2只存在于脊椎动物体内。本文对硫酸酯酶、SUMF1和SUMF2的结构、功能及他们之间的相互作用进行综述。

Abstract: Sulfatase work as an enzyme that cleave sulfate esters and have an important role in human metabolism. Only when a highly conserved cysteine in their active site is posttranslationally converted into formylglycine did the sulfatase have the activity, if the sulfatase activity abnormal will lead to lots of disease. Sulfatase undergo a unique post-translational modification by sulfatase modify factor 1(SUMF1). Sequence comparisons led to the discovery of a paralogue of SUMF1 in the vertebrate genomes, named SUMF2. SUMF1 exist in Prokaryote and eucaryon while SUMF2 only exist in vertebrate. Here is to make a review of sulfatase , sumf1 and sumf2's structure , characteristic and the interaction among them.
