摘要: 目的:分析硫酸酯煤影响因子2(SUMF2)在各个器官中的表达情况以及免疫组化切片阳性程度。方法:通过聚合酶链反应构建大鼠SUMF2的cDNA模板。通过免疫组化抗原抗体反应测定sumf2在大鼠和人的各组织器官中表达量的多少。结果: sumf2在胆管细胞、肾上腺细胞、肠上皮细胞表达量很多,在肾小管、鳞状上皮细胞阳性表达,而在肾小球中则阴性表达,说明sumf2在细胞中的表达量多少和腺体分泌有关。结论:对SUMF2在各个器官中的表达情况以及免疫组化切片阳性程度的分析为进一步研究SUMF2在各器官中的表达提供了依据。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the expression of SUMF2 in various organs and the positive degree of immunohistochemistry slice. Methods: Constructing the cDNA template of rat's SUMF2 of the bile duct cell、adrenal cell、intestinal epithelial cell and squamous cell through antigen-antibody reaction and measuring the expression of the SUMF2 in rats and in all these kinds of human organs cell through immunohistochemistry antigens reaction. Results:The expression of SUMF2 was related to glandular secretion, which was increased in bile duct cell、adrenal cell and the intestinal epithelial cell of the digestive system. Express positive in tubules squamous cell and negative in glomerulus. Conclusion: The analysis of SUMF2 expression in various organs and the positive degree of immunohistochemistry slice have provided basis for further study on SUMF2's expression.
