摘要: 对流增强给药作为一种经间质途径的给药模式,正越来越被人们所重视。由于避开了血脑屏障等限制性因素,这种给药模式的重要优势就是能将以往无法应用于脑组织的大量药物应用与中枢神经系统疾病的治疗中。这对目前面临的中枢神经系统疾病的治疗难题将产生积极的影响。

Abstract: Convection enhanced delivery as a new way of interstitial mode of administration, are increasingly being valued. Because of avoid the restrict factors such as the blood-brain barrier which is an important advantage of this mode of administration compare to the conventional ways, it is can be applied to a large number of drugs including the one that not used to applied to in the central nervous system diseases. This treatment may supply a possible solution to the problem that the treatment of the central nervous system disorders currently facing.
