如何修回SCI论文

 

    稿件退修（revised manuscript)。几乎所有的经审查学术水平达到 出版要求的SCI论文，在发表前都需要退给作者修改其表达方式及编辑 格式，如压缩文章篇幅、重新设计表格、改善插图质量、限制不规则缩 写词使用等。然而退给作者修改的稿件并不代表文章已经被接受。有的 稿件改动一次即可被刊物采纳，但也有的要反复修改多次才能被通过。

 

   文章最终接受与否取决于作者对文章关键性重要内容和表述方式的修改 能否达到审稿人及编辑的要求。当作者收到退修稿后，首先应该仔细阅 读审稿人的意见。然后应考虑能否或愿意接受审稿人或编辑的意见。

   从主编或编辑的回信和Reviewer修回意见可看出文章录用的可能 性。主编的回信会特别提到你文章的科学创新性；审稿人对文章总的评 价中会提到对文章是否感兴趣等；修回不要仓促，反复阅读、理解审稿 人的问题。

　如果作者在接到主编或编辑部转来的审稿人意见后，对其评价有很大 的异议或不愿改动自己的论文，可以主动要求退稿。手续很简单，只需向 编辑部发个Email即可，或自己上网撤稿。如果作者愿意根据审稿人的意见 改动论文，则需改得全面彻底，并且对审稿人提出的疑问要一一作答。

　如果一位期刊的编辑不建议再投稿，那么强烈建议你将论文发表在 别的期刊上。但是，如果你确信编辑或审稿人严重曲解你的论文，那么 你可以给编辑写信，解释你认为该决定不正确的科学理由（示例21-6)。 请记住编辑会优先处理最新的投稿和被邀请重投的稿件，因此会需要数 周时间才能得到有关不同意见的回信。在这一期间，作者绝对不能将论 文投到别处。为了你的研究论文能够不被耽误地发表，建议如果论文被 拒绝了就将论文投交到别处，而不要将时间花在与编辑进一步的交流上。

l. Authors have not adequately addressed the issue of vuhether Logistic regression findings vuere partially drive?! by the lovu levels of smoking vuithin the occasional and light smoking subgroups.

Response ： During the last round of revision ?vue added Figure 2 to address this issue. Figure 2 essentially shows that the relationship between levels of smoking and number of smoking reduction strategies used vuas true -within each of the four smoking subgroups. This is consistent with results of the logistic regression.
