1、Resubmission 后的结果

     论文修正回后能否说你的论文发表没有什么大问题了？那也不一 定。主要看审稿者对你回答的问题是否满意，或接受，或让你再改，或拒绝。没见到以“accept”、“acceptance”为核心词，以及“ pleased to inform you ”等伴随词之前，职称论文发表稿件的去向都说不定。你如果已经 修0，只能是revised，而没有接到正式的、明确的通知，不能现在就 自称 accepted 或 in press。

     一般来说，Resubmit你的论文后，如果是Major revision,编辑部 还会把论文让原来的审稿人重审。如果是Minor revision,编辑可以做 出决定（示例21-10)。

We have received the manuscript revisioris from Dr. Zhang regarding “ 99 ,vuhich you have previously reviewed for STEM CELLS.

Thank you for agreeing to re-revievu the manuscript revisions. Please advise us as to vuhether your comments have been sufficiently addressed for publication.

2、常见问题

（1）千万不要一稿多投。也不要把已经发表的中文版的论文改成为英 文再投SCI期刊。反之，也不行。但是一篇会议论文经过修改 以后可以再投SCI期刊。

（2）论文被一家SCI期刊拒绝后不经修改，又寄给另一家SCI期刊。
