摘要:
许多大中学校的热水龙头都是采用插卡、打开水龙头放水的设计,因此许多学生打完热水关闭水龙头后,却忘记拔卡。因此,项目考虑采用电子单片机手段解决这一问题,即采用微型单片机以及相关传感器硬件进行开发,实现打水后若未拔卡,则发出声音和LED灯光提示的效果。综合考虑,本项目采用了凌阳公司出品的SPCE061A单片机主板板来实现输入信号及语音报警的控制。系统输入部分需要侦测学生是否插入了校园卡,以及水龙头(电磁阀)是否打开,因此采用了槽式光敏二极管及霍尔传感器采集信号的输入。通过采用61单片机板开发,并结合光电传感器和霍尔流量传感器,使忘记拔卡的同学能收到声音和LED灯的提示;能有效避免忘拔卡的事件发生。

Abstract:
Many high schools and colleges are using the design of inserting card and turning on the water tap, so the event often occurs that some students forget to get back their card after turning off the tap.Therefore, the project provides the solution by using the electronic SCM,which means adopting the miniature single-chip microcomputer and the sensor hardware to achieve the consequence that if the card is not pulled after turning off the tap, the student will get a notice of sound effect and LED lightingtips.By comprehensive consideration,the project finally chose the SPCE061A microcontroller board which produced by Sunplus company to provide the control of the input signal and the sound alarm signal. The input part of the system need detect whether the card is inserted, and whether the water tap is turning on as well,so the trough photodiode sensor and Hall current sensor are chosen to collect the input signal. By adopting the development of 61 SCM mainboard, and connecting with the photoelectric sensor and hall flow sensor, the students who forget to pull out card could receive hints of voice and LED lights,from which way the incident of forgetting pulling out card can be effectively avoided.
