摘要: 沥青混合料是典型的粘弹性材料,为了研究SBS改性沥青混合料动态粘弹性行为,采用SPT试验机分别在有围压(140KPa)和无围压约束条件下,拟定5个试验温度和6个荷载频率,对沥青路面常用的三种SBS改性沥青混合料(AC-13、AC-20C和SUP-20)的动态模量进行研究。基于应用时温等效原理平移生成动态模量主曲线,进而采用西格摩德模型对主曲线进行非线性回归。结果表明:三种沥青混合料的动态模量均随着加载速率的增大而增大,随着试验温度的升高而减小。围压为0KPa时,SUP-20混合料动态模量在全频范围最大;围压为140KPa时,AC-13混合料动态模量最小,SUP-20和AC-20C动态模量主曲线基本重合。施加140KPa围压后,沥青混合料动态模量对温度的敏感性降低;随着加载频率的增大(温度降低),沥青混合料动态模量对围压的敏感性也有所降低。低频(高温)条件下,围压对沥青混合料动态模量影响较大;高频(低温)条件下,对动态模量基本没影响。????

Abstract: Asphalt mixture is a typical viscoelastic material, in order to investigate SBS modified asphalt mixture dynamic viscoelastic behavior, with confining pressure (140 kpa) and without confining pressure constraint conditions, respectively, and designed five different temperatures and 6 loading frequencies, used SPT tester to test the dynamic modulus of three kinds of commonly used SBS modified asphalt mixture (AC-13, AC-20C and SUP-20). Generated dynamic modulus master curve by translating the results of dynamic modulus based on Time-temperature equivalence, so that used sigmoidal to regress nonlinear equation of dynamic modulus. The results show that the dynamic modulus of these three mixtures increase with the increase of loading rate, and the dynamic modulus decrease with the increase of test temperature. Dynamic modulus of SUP-20 is bigger than other two mixtures when confining pressure is 0 kpa; when the confining pressure is 140 kpa, dynamic modulus of AC-13 mixture is smaller than other two mixtures, dynamic modulus master curve of SUP-20 and AC-20C basic coincidence. Susceptibility of dynamic modulus to temperature reduces when confining pressure is 140 kpa. Susceptibility of dynamic modulus to confining pressure reduces With the increase of loading frequency (temperature decreasing). Under the condition of low frequency (high temperature), confining pressure has obvious influence on the dynamic modulus; and under the condition of high frequency (low temperature), confining pressure has no influence on the dynamic modulus..
