     1)同行评审

     同行评审（peer review，在某些学术领域也称为refereeing),或译为同 侪审查，是指一种学术成果审查程序，即一位作者的学术著作或计划被同 一领域的其他专家学者评审。同行评审程序的主要目的是确保作者的著作 水平符合一般学术与该学科领域的标准。一般职称论文发表学术出版单位主要以同行评 审的方法来选择与筛选所投送的稿件录取与否，而学术研究资金提供机构， 也广泛以同行评审的方式来决定研究是否授予资金、奖金等。

     同行评审很重要，因为它能：

     提高发表论文的质量。

 

     确保以前的工作获得认可。

     确定研究成果的重要性。

     发现剽窃和欺骗行为。

     在学术职业发展中发挥核心作用，没有同行审评，科学性的交 流无法被规范。

     2) 同行评议的主要形式

     单盲评审，大约有60%的期刊采取单盲评审。

     双盲评审，采取双肓评审主要是限制审稿人的审稿倾向。

     公开评审，即作者姓名和审稿人互相公开，如B

     —直坚持采用公开评审形式。但大部分审稿人并不希望 公开自己的身份。88%的期刊向作者反馈的是隐去审稿人身份 的审稿意见。

     3) 审稿人的选择

     同行评议或审稿是科学研究的基石之一。同行评议的期刊依靠专家 的专业和客观的评审意见以确保刊出高质量论文。SCI期刊的审稿人大 多是各领域专家，期刊出版社经常征询编委意见，选择最佳审稿队伍。 审稿人的责任是对论文的创新性和正确性进行审查；审稿意见一般应包 括为提高稿件质量而应做修改的建议。审稿是无报酬的，审稿人的工 作态度大多数极其认真。每一篇论文由2?4位评审人来判断其价值， 并建议编辑是否接受或拒绝该论文。但编辑作出最后的决定，一般不 会因为编辑个人的好恶或其他非科学因素而影响了论文的接受。因 为，编辑来自不同的国家和地区，有着不同学科的专业背景，自己首 先就是该领域的专家，他们的职责就是尽最大可能，寻找最优秀的 论文。

           编辑挑选审稿人的依据是：独立性，对论文做出全面、公 正的技术方面评价的能力，目前或最近是否评审过相关投稿，以及在规 定的短时间内是否能对投稿做出评审等。

     有时候，期刊编辑可能希望由作者推荐论文的评审人，你应该怎样 选择合适的论文评审人呢？ 一般情况下你可以选择你引用参考文献的作 者中有影响力的人物作为你论文的评审人，为了更利于沟通和理解，你 可以适当考虑审稿人与出版社的关系及审稿人的国籍等。
 

 

 

　　例如，我们想为在期刊上发表“巨磁阻效应” (Giant Magnetoresistance)寻找论文评审人?你可以访问Web of Sd- ence平台；选择Web of Science核心合集?然后设置检索条件。输入课 题名称，如Giant Magnetoresistance。点击检索按钮之后，你就可以看 到相应的检索结果了。在检索结果界面上，通过右上角的分析检索结果 功能你可以快速了解该课题的Web of Science类别、文献类型、作者、 机构、国家等。通过主题检索我们找到了有关“Giant Magnetorcsistance” 的文献有10 359篇。点击分析检索结果按钮.可以按照作者、机构等 进行分析。将分析的字段选为来源出版物名称，同时选择分析结果的显 示方式和排序方式，点击分析按钮（注：可根据需要选择显示前25、 50、500等不同数目的分析结果等）。本研究领域发表论文量排名前10 的期刊，你可以选择勾选期刊B并点击查看?录按钮。 对浏览的结果再次分析，发现在P/a.wVa/ B上发表此类论文最
