摘要: 针对目前柜门把手折断替换、使用不便和清洗麻烦等问题,提出了一种基于连杆滑块机构的新型柜门半自动开关设计方案。该新型开关由柔性驱动装置、连杆滑块机构、锁扣以及弹簧等组成。柜门的开与关两种动作只需依靠推动柜门来实现,且结构简单,工作可靠,并能承受较大冲击。本文分析了这种开关的基本工作原理,并从机构自由度、机构死点、机构运动学、机构静力学和动力学角度分析机构设计的合理性。最后制作了一套样品,验证提出的设计方案是可行的。

Abstract: At present, the cabinet door of the fracture replacement, inconvenient use and cleaning problems, puts forward a new door connecting rod slide block mechanism design scheme based on the semi automatic switch. The new switch is composed of flexible driving device, a connecting rod slide block mechanism, locking and spring etc. The door opened and closed two moves only rely on push door to realize, and has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, and can bear larger impact. This paper analyzes the basic principle of the switch, and the degrees of freedom of mechanism, institution, mechanism, dead kinematics statics and dynamics analysis of the rationality of mechanism design. Finally produced a set of sample, verify design scheme is feasible.
