摘要: 本文提出了一种利用电磁感应和压电效应的新型混合式振动能量收集装置。该结构由一个电磁感应模块和两个压电模块组成。电磁感应模块由两对永磁铁和一个涂漆铜线圈组成。两个压电模块分别利用冲击和冲击引起的结构振动进行压电能量收集。器件的总体尺寸是55mm长*35mm宽*50mm高。实验表明:在3个发电模块中,电磁感应模块能产生最大的电功率;当器件以13Hz的频率和4.5mm的振幅振动时,平均发电功率为0.23mW。

Abstract: In this paper, a novel hybrid-type vibration energy harvester utilizing electromagnetic induction and piezoelectricity has been presented. The device consists of one electromagnetic module and two piezoelectric modules. The electromagnetic induction module consists of two pairs of permanent magnets and one enameled copper coil. The two piezoelectric modules utilize the impact and impact-induced structural vibration, respectively.The apparent size of the device is 55mm (length)*35mm(width)*50mm(height). It was experimentally found that electrical power generated by the electromagnetic induction module is the maximum of the three modules, and total electrical power generated can be up to 0.23 mW when the device has a vibration amplitude of 4.5 mm and vibration frequency of 13 Hz.
