摘要: 噬菌体抗体库技术是迄今发展最成熟、应用最广泛的抗体制备技术,这一技术彻底改变了抗体制备的传统途径。构建大容量噬菌体抗体库,可实现不经免疫直接制备针对任意抗原的特异性抗体。抗体库的库容量越高,通过筛选获得的抗体亲和性越高。本文就各种不同类型抗体库的基因多样性的特点,对如何构建大容量噬菌体抗体库作一综述。

Abstract: So far the phage antibody library is the most developed and widely applied techniques in the field of antibody preparation, have completely changed the traditional apporach for antibody preparation. Construction a large phage antibody library is effective to obtain any specific antibody bypassing immunization. The larger the phage antibody library, the higher the antiboy affinity screened from the library. In the aspect of gene diversity in different kind of phage antibody libraries, how to construct a large phage antibody library was summarized.
