职称论文发表摘要： 副溶血性弧菌(V. parahaemolyticus)具有嗜盐性，是引起海水养殖动物病害和海产品食物中毒的常见重要病原菌。本文采用月桂酰基氨酸钠二步法，提取了副溶血性弧菌的外膜蛋白,首次建立了外膜亚蛋白质组表达图谱,鉴定了29个外膜蛋白,占所鉴定蛋白的78.3%。这些研究结果对副溶血性弧菌外膜蛋白功能的研究具有积极作用。此外，对外膜蛋白组学研究的有关技术问题进行了相关探讨。

Abstract： V. parahaemolyticus, a halophilic salt-requiring bacterium, is a important Gram-negative pathogen that cause great losses in aquaculture and sea food-borne diseases in human. In the present study, sub-outer membrane proteome of this bacterium was established using two-steps of sarcosine-insoluble fraction. Twenty-nine outer membrane proteins was identified, being 78.3% of the identified proteins. These results will be helpful in study of roles of V. parahaemolyticus outer membrane proteins. In addition, techniques on outer membrane proteome was addressed.
