基于工作嵌入中介作用的组织氛围与员工工作绩效关系研究--以90后新生代员工为例
Research on the Relationship between Organizational Climate and Job Performance by the Mediating Role of Job Embedded: Taking the Post 90's Employee's as an Example

摘要: 近年来,随着90后成为职场中不可忽视的中坚力量,其表现出的独特行为、性格和思维方式越来越引起人力资源开发与管理理论研究和管理实践的广泛关注。论文基于90后员工在职场中的个性、行为和思维方式的特征分析,构建了组织氛围、工作嵌入和90后员工工作绩效的关系模型,设计了相关调查量表,实证探讨组织氛围和工作嵌入影响90后员工工作绩效的作用机理,针对性地提出90后员工工作绩效管理的合理化建议。

Abstract: In recent years, with post 90s become the backbone that can't be ignored in the workplace, their unique behavior, character and way of thinking exhibited has drew much attention of human resources development and management theory researchers. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of post 90s employees in personality, behavior and ways of thinking, the thesis established the model between organizational atmosphere, job embeddedness and 90 employees work performance, and designed related questionnaire. Finally made an empirical study on the mechanism of how organizational climate and job embeddedness influences post 90s employees, work performance, and pertinently put forward reasonable management suggestions aiming at improving post 90s employee's work performance.
