原发性脑胶质瘤基因研究进展

摘要: 胶质细胞瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统肿瘤,好发于颅内。侵袭性高、易复发、总体预后差,有待进一步治疗方案。同时随着个体化治疗的进展,胶质瘤对治疗的反应极大地有赖于其分子基因特性,越来越多的肿瘤患者急需依据肿瘤的基因特性采取针对性治疗及预后评估。因此,研究胶质瘤的基因特性以帮助临床治疗决策和评估预后,具有重要意义。 本文将对近年来胶质瘤基因研究进展进行综述,比如:IDH突变、1p19q缺失、MGMT启动子甲基化及基因分类标准等。胶质瘤的基因研究将为患者临床决策和提高生活质量提供有力帮助。

Abstract: Glioma is the most common primary central nervous system tumors, occurs in intracranial. With characteristics of high invasion, easy to relapse and poor overall prognosis, needs further treatment. With the progress of the individualized treatment, the response of gliomas to treatment greatly depends on the molecular genetic characteristics. At the same time, more and more cancer patients need based on the features of tumor gene to targeted therapy and prognosis evaluation. Therefore, studying the characteristics of glioma gene to help clinical treatment decision-making and assessment of prognosis, it is of great significance.This article summarized research progress on glioma gene in recent years, such as: IDH mutation, loss of 1 p19q, MGMT promoter methylation and gene classification standards, etc. Patients with glioma gene research to provide effective help clinical decision making and improve the quality of life.
